TL;DR

This portal is intended to show a signed-in user their Everwished Bills & FundSaving information, charity support information and saved app settings. It is not a general Google Drive manager, not a payment service, and not a place where unrelated Google Drive files should be accessed. We do not sell data, track app usage for profiling or analyse account data with AI or machine learning.

About these terms

These terms apply to use of the Everwished Bills & FundSaving app and information pages. By using the app, a user agrees to use it only for its intended purpose and in line with the approved service process.

Access and sign-in

The app uses Google Sign-in only. A user is responsible for keeping their Google account secure and for signing out on shared or untrusted devices. The optional Remember Me choice must only be used to support a remembered-device preference and must not be treated as an app session or proof of identity.

Service purpose

The app is intended to show account details, charity support details, donation amounts, pending payment amounts, saved settings, and approved routes for contact, feedback and profile update requests. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, energy, telecoms or regulated advice.

User data and Google Drive

The app is designed to store portal data in an app-created file in the user's Google Drive. The app should request only the Google Drive access needed to create, manage and share app-created files. The service operator may be given access to the app-created file or folder so that the service can be operated and updated.

User responsibilities

• Use the app only for lawful and authorised purposes.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data.
• Do not upload malicious files or profile images that are not the permitted image types.
• Do not interfere with Google Sign-in, Google Drive, configured forms or app security controls.
• Tell the service operator if account details appear wrong or outdated.

Profile updates, contact and feedback

Some changes may require validation before they are applied. Submitting a contact, feedback or profile update form does not guarantee that a requested change will be made. Requests may be refused, delayed or queried where the operator cannot validate them or where they are outside the service scope.

Availability and changes

The PoC/MVP may be changed, paused or withdrawn while it is tested. Live Google services, Google Drive availability, Google Forms and browser behaviour are outside the full control of the app operator. The app may be updated to improve security, privacy, accessibility or service operation.

Intellectual property

The app, documents, wording, visual design and service materials belong to Everwished or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Users may use them only for normal service use and must not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, the app is provided for the intended service purpose and PoC/MVP testing. The operator is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorised access to a user's Google account, third-party outages, incorrect information supplied by a user or third party, or use outside the app's intended scope.

Suspension or withdrawal

Access may be suspended or withdrawn if the app is misused, if security concerns arise, if Google access cannot be validated, if the service is no longer available, or if continued access would create legal, privacy or operational risk.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless final operator approval requires a different UK jurisdiction wording.
